1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AdFuz website (adfuz.com), purchasing a license, or using the AdFuz WordPress plugin (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2 License & Usage

Free Version

The free version of AdFuz is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later. You may use, modify, and distribute it freely in accordance with the GPL terms.

Pro Version

Purchasing a Pro license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Pro features on the number of sites specified in your license. License keys may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Each license is valid for one WordPress installation unless an agency/multi-site license is purchased.

3 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and purchase.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4 Payments, Renewals & Refunds

• Yearly Subscriptions: Auto-renew annually at the then-current rate unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewals receive a 30% discount off the standard price.
• Lifetime Licenses: One-time payment grants lifetime access to updates and support for the purchased version.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro purchases. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. No refunds after 14 days.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions renew at the discounted rate.

5 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Serve or promote illegal content, malware, phishing, or fraudulent advertisements.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute spam, unsolicited advertisements, or deceptive content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Pro version beyond GPL-covered components.
• Use the plugin to facilitate click fraud, impression fraud, or any manipulative ad practices.

6 Intellectual Property

The AdFuz name, logo, branding, website design, and proprietary Pro features are the exclusive intellectual property of AdFuz / BufferCode. The free plugin is GPL-licensed. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent. User-uploaded ad content remains the property of the respective rights holders.

7 Support Policy

Free users receive community-based support. Pro license holders receive priority email support with a guaranteed response time of 1 business day. Support covers plugin setup, configuration, and bug fixes. Custom development, third-party integrations, and server administration are outside the scope of standard support.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your website and data.

9 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADFUZ AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdFuz, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

13 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
